Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple project sites, ensuring high availability and timely support.
- Oversee and guide a team of Desktop Support Engineers to ensure effective end-user support and issue resolution.
- Handle ServiceNow ticket queues, ensure SLA compliance, and escalate critical issues when required.
- Coordinate with head office IT teams for systems support, network upgrades, and procurement requirements.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management.
- Administer and maintain Azure Storage Accounts, including configuration, access management, backups, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Manage and support Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security policies.
- Ensure proper identity and access management through Azure AD and Microsoft 365 security controls.
- Oversee IT setup, operations, and maintenance for multiple project locations.
- Ensure each site meets the required hardware, software, connectivity, and security standards.
- Plan and execute new site IT rollouts, upgrades, or relocations.
- Software Licensing & Asset Management.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with software license agreements and renewals.
- Coordinate procurement of IT equipment, licenses, and third-party services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically Azure Storage Accounts.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience handling ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
