Eggplant Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, automated, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual & automated).
• Report and track defects, ensuring software quality meets business needs.
• Plan and schedule testing activities.
• Create detailed documentation for testing scenarios and expected results.
• Work closely with QA team and collaborate with offshore/onshore members.
• Ensure test coverage for new features and regression checks for existing ones.

Qualifications:

• Manual testing experience (years not specified).
• Automated testing using Selenium and Eggplant.
• Experience testing POS or web-based applications.
• Exposure to ServiceNow.
• Background in end-to-end testing.
• Strong teamwork, especially with offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
