*Job Title:* Team Lead - Business Development (Edu Sales)
*Location:* Mylapore & T.nagar, Chennai - 600004
*About the Role:*
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our Business Development Associates (BDAs) in driving college admissions and online course sales. The role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring process adherence, and guiding students in planning their future. Collaborative team environment with minimal work pressure.
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Lead a team of BDAs to achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage lead conversion, ensuring all leads are dialled and attended to
- Drive team performance, aiming for at least one positive conversion per agent per day
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization
*Experience:* 3 to 5 years in EdTech sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
*Qualification:* Any Degree
*Skills Required:*
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (English)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
*Salary:* 35,000 - 50,000 per month, based on experience
*Working Days:* 6 days
*Timings:* 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
