Role Description

As a Educational Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments through counseling and managing inquiries. The role involves guiding prospective students through course offerings, conducting follow-ups, maintaining records, and supporting admissions processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring strong interpersonal and sales skills to ensure a positive applicant experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Counseling to effectively manage and convert leads into successful enrollments
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with prospective students and providing guidance
• Organizational and Time Management Abilities to handle multiple inquiries and streamline processes efficiently
• Knowledge of educational training programs, particularly in animation and multimedia, is highly beneficial
• Experience working in a target-driven environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in marketing or education counseling is advantageous
