Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of counsellors to meet monthly admissions targets.
- Monitor team performance, track daily metrics, and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Support counsellors in student handling, lead conversions, and escalated cases.
- Conduct training, feedback sessions, and maintain counselling quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and university partners for smooth workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 24 years of EdTech sales/admissions experience; 1+ year in a senior or team support role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead funnel management.
- Target-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
