Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and motivating a team of counsellors to meet monthly admissions targets.
  • Monitor team performance, track daily metrics, and ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Support counsellors in student handling, lead conversions, and escalated cases.
  • Conduct training, feedback sessions, and maintain counselling quality standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and university partners for smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 24 years of EdTech sales/admissions experience; 1+ year in a senior or team support role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead funnel management.
  • Target-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
