We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-centric Education Counsellor to support admissions, counselling, lead management, and day-to-day coordination at our Rajkot center. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and genuinely interested in helping students and parents make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student & Parent Counselling
- Counsel students and parents for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs.
- Explain course structure, teaching methodology, fee details, and academic roadmap clearly.
- Understand student goals and guide them toward suitable programs.
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions through effective counselling.
2. Lead Handling & Follow-ups
- Handle leads from calls, walk-ins, online enquiries, and campaigns.
- Update and manage lead data using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or internal systems.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead status and counselling records.
3. Center Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with faculty, academics, and admin teams for smooth center operations.
- Assist with batch allocation, class schedules, and student onboarding.
- Support administrative activities such as documentation, fee-related coordination, forms, and records.
- Ensure professional front-desk management and student assistance.
4. Student Support & Engagement
- Handle student queries related to batches, attendance, tests, and general concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Assist in organizing PTMs, tests, orientations, seminars, and academic events.
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment at the center.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and share daily counselling and admission reports with management.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-up-driven roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Education background preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in the education or coaching industry is an added advantage.
