Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor, located in the Purba Bardhaman district. The Education Counselor will assist students in identifying educational and career goals, provide personalized counseling for admissions across various UG, PG, MBA, and MBBS programs, and offer guidance on admission processes, scholarships, and financial assistance. The role also includes helping students select appropriate courses and institutions, preparing application materials, and ensuring a smooth transition to their chosen academic paths.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide students through program and institution selection.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and assist students and their families.
• Experience in Career Counseling and providing personalized support to students for diverse academic and career pathways.
• Sound knowledge of the education sector, including admission processes for UG, PG, MBA, and MBBS programs.
• Additional skills in Study Abroad Counseling and understanding scholarships and financial aid processes are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setup.
