SDBI is looking for a full-time Education Counsellor for its Pune campus at Abasaheb Garware College. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents about the B.Sc. Data Science program and supporting the end-to-end admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
- Counsel prospective students and parents about the B.Sc. Data Science program
- Explain course structure, curriculum, career opportunities, and industry scope
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively
- Understand student needs and guide them toward the right program fit
Admissions Process
- Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain and update lead database and CRM systems
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates
- Assist students with application and documentation process
Outreach & Engagement
- Coordinate and support seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions
- Represent SDBI during education fairs and outreach activities
- Build connections with schools, junior colleges, and coaching institutes
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams
- Track daily activities and maintain admissions reports
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 25 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or student recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Good follow-up and conversion skills
- Basic understanding of the education sector preferred
