This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will guide and support students in their academic and career journeys. Core responsibilities include providing educational and career counseling, advising students on relevant opportunities, conducting informational sessions, and collaborating with universities and companies to enhance student engagement. The role also involves addressing student concerns and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Experience in Educational Consulting and working within the education sector
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with a proven ability to guide learners toward academic and career goals
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with students, universities, and corporate partners
• Deep understanding of education systems, career pathways, and student needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a student-centered approach
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Prior experience in education counseling roles is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
