Educational Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Educational Counselor based in Pune. The role involves supporting students through personalized educational guidance, helping them make informed career decisions, and providing tailored advice that aligns with their academic and professional ambitions. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with program selection, offering career clarity, and ensuring that each student's goals are matched with the right educational pathways.

• Proficiency in educational consulting and student guidance
• Experience or skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with students and parents
• Ability to understand individual student needs and guide them toward suitable academic and career options
• Passion for personal development, mentoring, and the education sector
• A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is preferred

• 0.6 to 3 years of experience in counseling, education, or related fields
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

• Up to 30,000 per month, based on experience and skill set
