Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will guide prospective students in identifying suitable academic programs and institutions based on their profiles, preferences, and goals. They will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, provide admission process details, assist with application procedures, and build relationships with educational institutions. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure students have a seamless and supportive experience throughout their admission journey.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, student advising, and interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal and written communication for explaining academic programs
• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple student cases
• Knowledge of admission processes and familiarity with MBA and PGDM programs
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a focus on student needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in academic counseling or career advisory is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is advantageous
