Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-centric Education Counselor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in the right course. The role involves lead counseling, follow-ups, admissions closure, and student relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Understand student needs, background, and career aspirations
- Recommend suitable courses based on eligibility and interest
- Clearly explain course structure, fees, duration, certifications, and career outcomes
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
Lead Management
- Handle leads generated from website forms, social media ads, phone calls, and referrals
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Track lead status and conversion metrics
Student Engagement
- Build trust and long-term relationships with students
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch allocation
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily counseling and enrollment reports
- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets
- Provide feedback on lead quality and student concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
- 14 years of experience in education counseling / academic sales / admissions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain technical or professional courses clearly
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel
- Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

- Experience in training institutes, EdTech, coaching centers, or colleges

- Goal-oriented, proactive, and result-driven
- Ability to work weekends as per institute schedule
