Position: Education / Academic Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses & career paths
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Convert leads into admissions through strong follow-ups
• Explain program details, fees, curriculum, and outcomes clearly
• Maintain and update records on CRM
• Provide accurate course guidance based on learner needs

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in:

1. EdTech counselling

2. Academic counselling

3. Inside sales / B2C sales

Strong communication skills (Hindi + English + Marathi)

Ability to manage high call volumes.

Basic knowledge of CRM.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Location & Working Days :

Work from office

6 days week (1 day off)

Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
