Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counsellor based in Nagpur. The Educational Counsellor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, student counseling, and career counseling services. This role involves daily interactions with students, understanding their needs, and providing tailored guidance and support. The Educational Counsellor will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance the learning and motivational experiences for students.
Qualifications
- Skills in Educational Consulting and Education
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience in the educational sector is a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills
