Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counsellor, based in Noida. The Educational Counsellor will work directly with students, guiding them through consultations to identify their academic and career goals. Daily responsibilities include providing advice and support for educational and career-related decisions, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and offering resources for academic planning and development. Engaging with students, parents, and educators to provide tailored solutions will also form an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong proficiency in Career Counseling and providing guidance on educational and career pathways
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and the education team
• Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of academic planning
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
