Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Contact and follow-up with fresh & pending leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) to understand student profile, career goals, and eligibility.
- Explain Online MBA program details specializations, fees, scholarships/discounts, loan options, and admission deadlines.
- Guide students through the complete admission journey: registration, document collection, application form filling, and said verification.
- Maintain CRM/update lead status daily (interested, call back, not reachable, converted) and submit daily activity & conversion report to the team lead.
- Handle basic objections and queries from students/parents, schedule counseling sessions or video meetings, and coordinate with the university admission team until enrollment confirmation.
