The
Education & Outreach Officer will play a key role in implementing WWF-India's environmental education and corporate engagement programmes in Maharashtra. The role involves strengthening school and citizen outreach, managing programme delivery, and supporting corporate volunteering and awareness initiatives.

- Conceptualizing and executing Corporate Connect initiatives.
- Develop an annual corporate engagement calendar.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR/HR teams.
- Manage event logistics, participant communication, and feedback.
- Environment Education & Outreach
- Support outreach of ongoing programmes: Vasundhara Mitra, Mangrove Mitra, Nature Connect, People for Planet.
- Liaise with schools, educators, volunteers, and NGOs.
- Coordinate workshops, eco-trails, webinars, and awareness events.
- Monitor programme progress and maintain documentation.
- Support training and orientation for educators, master trainers, and volunteers.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Maintain databases for corporates, schools and volunteers.
- Track programme milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
- Document case studies, feedback, and best practices.
- Master's degree preferably in Environmental Studies, Education, Social Work, Sustainability, or related field. Applicants from Business / Communications will also be considered.
- 2 - 3 years experience in programme coordination/ business development/education/outreach, or CSR/community engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Social Media channels
- Collaborative, innovative, adaptable, responsible.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Creativity in developing engagement activities and outreach content.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for field events.
