Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Loan Executive, located in Mumbai. The individual will assist students in understanding and applying for education loan options, liaise with financial institutions, maintain relationships with banks, and provide exceptional support throughout the loan application process. The role will also require regular communication with students and their families, ensuring transparent and clear information is shared regarding loan options and documentation requirements. The Education Loan Executive will play a key role in guiding students through financial planning to pursue their education goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Education and Training, with knowledge of educational loan processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to provide guidance and support to students and families
• Experience or background in Teaching or Training is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and liaise with financial institutions effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Experience in counseling or finance-related fields preferred
