This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Education Loan Counsellor specializing in study abroad. The Education Loan Counsellor will assist students in identifying and applying for education loans to fund their studies abroad. They will engage in customer consultation, evaluate financial requirements, provide expert advice on suitable loan options, and assist in documentation and loan processing. Delivering personalized support, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with financial institutions are key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing and a solid understanding of various loan products
• Knowledge of Loans and Finance, and ability to provide expert financial advice to clients
• Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to address client inquiries effectively
• Experience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
• Prior experience in education counselling or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
