About Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Pune. This is a target-driven sales role focused on guiding prospective students toward the right upskilling programs while achieving assigned revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will combine consultative counselling skills with strong sales ability to help learners make informed career decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about career upskilling programs through calls and virtual interactions.
- Understand learner goals, career background, and requirements to recommend suitable courses.
- Engage with leads provided via CRM and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets assigned by the organization.
- Build strong relationships with students through consultative selling.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maintain high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
- Generate referrals through existing student relationships to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure student satisfaction.
- Share customer feedback to support product and program improvement.
Qualification
- Experience in Education Counselling / Inside Sales / B2C Sales (EdTech experience preferred not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Sales planning and execution capability.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant sales experience is an added advantage.
- Team player with a positive and growth-oriented attitude.
