Education Counselor (Remote)

We are looking for:

looking for a talented individual to join our innovative and passionate team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Call and counsel students regarding their education-related queries.

Share detailed information about colleges, entrance exams, courses, and application processes.

Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure consistent engagement with prospective

students (leads).

Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Understand students interests, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable courses or colleges.

Our Wish Your Skills

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented with a self-motivated approach.

Ability to manage multiple student conversations and timely follow-ups efficiently.

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is preferred.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage.

Key Requirements

Must have a working phone and laptop with stable internet connectivity.

Should be capable of making 200+ calls daily.

Should maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistent productivity during working hours.

Compensation & Work Policy

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 13,000 per month + Uncapped incentives based on performance and target achievement

No mobile reimbursement will be provided.

No flexibility in working hours full-time commitment during official working hours is mandatory
