Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Thane. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with students, developing and implementing educational plans, and guiding students through career counseling processes. The Education Counselor will also work closely with parents and educators to ensure students success and provide support throughout their academic journey.

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
