About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Explain courses, programs, and admission procedures clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems
- Handle queries regarding fees, eligibility, and course details
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
- Meet admission targets and contribute to overall enrollment growth
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counseling ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple student queries efficiently
- Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred)
Preferred Skills- Experience in education, ed-tech, or counseling roles
- Sales or tele-calling experience is a plus
