*Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance to students and parents regarding universities, programs, and application procedures

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to nurture leads and achieve enrolment targets

- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and Google Workspace

- Assist in application and visa guidance for students

- Participate in seminars and presentations to generate leads and build brand awareness

*Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of global education systems and visa regulations

- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

- 0-3 years of experience in study abroad counselling or related roles

- Familiarity with Indian student demographics and overseas education aspirations
