Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students and helping them choose the right academic programs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain and update student records in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission process
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a graduate (any stream)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales/counselling is preferred
Must own an Android phone and a laptop
Freshers are welcome
Compensation & Training:
OJT (On-the-Job Training): 1 Month
Stipend during OJT: ₹15,000
