Education Counsellor Admissions (Calling & Counselling Role)

Job Summary:

Campusmarg is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors to handle student enquiries, calling, counselling, and admissions conversion. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide students in choosing the right academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling prospective students and explaining courses and university details
Handling inbound & outbound admission enquiries
Providing academic counselling and career guidance
Following up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
Converting leads into confirmed admissions
Maintaining and updating student database & CRM
Assisting students with admission documentation and process
Achieving weekly and monthly admission targets
Coordinating with universities and internal teams

Candidate Profile:

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
03 years of experience in counselling / tele-calling / sales preferred
Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu preferred)
Graduation preferred
Basic computer knowledge required
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary & Incentives:

Freshers: 15,000 25,000 (In-hand, based on skills)
Experienced: Up to 30,000 salary
Attractive incentives up to 30,000 per month
Performance-based growth opportunities
