Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students and converting leads into enrollments through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
-Counsel students/working professionals about courses and career opportunities.
-Explain course details, benefits, and pricing to prospective learners.
-Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
-Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
-15 years of experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales / Counselling.
-Strong communication and convincing skills.
-Experience in EdTech or Education industry will be preferred.
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
-Comfortable with calling and handling a high volume of leads.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
