Role Overview :
We are seeking energetic, sales-driven professionals to join IGI's Education team as Education Counsellors. The role involves managing student leads, counselling prospective students, and converting inquiries into enrollments for IGI's educational programs.
Candidates will work on qualified leads generated by the digital marketing team and also contribute to new lead generation through telecalling, events, and local outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert incoming leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
- Counsel students on IGI courses, fee structure, and career opportunities in gemology & jewellery
- Generate new inquiries through telecalling, follow-ups, and field-level outreach
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for promotions and events
- Share feedback on lead quality, student expectations, and communication effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) OR any graduate with relevant sales experience
- 13 years of experience in education sales, admissions counselling, or business development
- Background in Gems & Jewellery / Luxury / Education industry preferred
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems

Language Requirements (Mandatory):
- Mumbai (Position 1): English + Hindi + Gujarati
