Education Counsellor for our educational institute in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career options.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career pathways
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and follow-up data
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Participate in promotional and outreach activities
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
