Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make 150+ daily calls with 50+ fresh calls per day
  • Maintain an average talk time of 2.5 to 3 hours
  • Organize webinars and workshops to drive closures
  • Achieve monthly closure targets through direct sales
  • Maintain high conversion rates from inquiries to applications and enrollments
  • Generate referrals from existing customers and achieve targets
  • Drive renewal campaigns and achieve conversion percentage targets
  • Visit branches and business partners as per business requirements to drive direct closures from these channels

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation is must
  • Candidate with 1 year of Sales background are preferred
  • Candidate should have basic Knowledge of excel and share market
