Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an Education Counsellor. The Education Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable academic opportunities abroad by providing personalized educational consulting, career counseling, and guidance for admission processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting student assessments, advising on appropriate universities and programs, assisting with documentation, and maintaining effective communication with students and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proven ability in Communication and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Knowledge of global Education systems and academic programs
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic environment and meet targets
- Previous experience in academic counseling or in the education abroad industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
