Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in Counseling and
handling sales. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
the end-to-end processes of education consulting from student communication and
documentation to data management and administrative coordination.
Requirements:
0-2 years experience in education consultancy (study abroad preferred), sales, or customer support; freshers are welcome.
Handle student counselling calls, lead follow-ups, and basic service explanations.
Maintain student data, call logs, and follow-up records accurately.
Assist with documentation and application coordination.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite, basic design tools are a plus.
Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail; proactive and willing tolearn.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound counselling calls telephonic/virtual with students orparents.
Schedule counselling sessions and perform timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate student records, call logs, and follow-up status in sheets.
Support counsellors with document collection, application coordination, and basic process guidance.
Assist in lead management, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Collaborate with the team on outreach, events, and campaigns as required.
The scope of work is not limited to the duties mentioned here and may include other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
