Location: Noida, Lucknow, Dehradun

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: 20k to 25k + Huge Incentives for Day Shift

25k to 30k + Huge Incentives for Night Shift

Note: For 2 years and more experience salary and job role hike.

Role Overview An Education Counsellor guides students, working professionals, and parents in selecting suitable courses, career paths, and educational programs. The role involves advising, counselling, and converting inquiries into admissions while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students on career options, suitable courses, and training programs.

- Assess students educational background, interests, and career objectives to recommend the most appropriate program.

- Guide students through admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and expected career outcomes.

- Manage and respond to inbound leads received via calls, emails, Whats App, social media platforms, and walk-ins.

- Maintain clear communication to support students throughout their decision-making process.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

- Good understanding of education, training programs, and career trends.
