The Role:
We are looking for well-networked, communicative individuals to join us asEducation Counselors. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for professionals looking to upskill. You will not be making cold calls from an office; instead, you will tap into your own professional network, college alumni groups, and social media to find candidates who need career guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Prospect:Network with working professionals (1-4 years experience) who are facing a salary ceiling or stagnant growth.
- Initial Counseling:Act as a career diagnostician. Help them understand how an Online MBA/MCA/MCOM can boost their resume, salary, and promotion prospects.
- Referral & Handoff:Collect basic details of interested candidates and seamlessly refer them to our Senior Admissions Desk. (We handle the final closing and admission paperwork).
- Pipeline Management:Maintain a simple tracker of your leads and follow up to ensure they attend their scheduled counseling sessions with our senior team.
Who You Are:
- You are highly active on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can speak confidently with working professionals.
- You are self-motivated. You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to get things done.
