Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counselor based in New Delhi. The Education Counselor will engage directly with parents and students, guiding them through their educational journey and helping to simplify school admission processes. Key responsibilities include providing counseling sessions, offering tailored recommendations for school selections, and communicating effectively to address concerns. The role also involves supporting career guidance efforts and ensuring an exceptional experience for families navigating the K-12 educational system.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in B2C sales, Student Counseling skills
• Strong Communication abilities to interact effectively with parents and students
• Knowledge of Career Counseling techniques and strategies
• Deep understanding of the Education domain, particularly K-12 systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred
