Education Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amravati for an Education Counsellor. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students about EduonTech's programs, assisting them in choosing suitable courses, and addressing their queries. The role also involves maintaining student records, following up on leads, preparing reports, and providing exceptional support throughout the enrollment process. The position requires working collaboratively with the academic and marketing teams to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Experience in student counseling or advisory roles, with the ability to understand educational goals and provide personalized guidance
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of higher education programs and career development pathways
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude; skill in building rapport with diverse individuals
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; experience in EdTech or a similar domain is a plus
