Key Responsibilities
Job Description Sales / Learner Engagement Executive
Identifying and understanding learning needs
Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Achievement of MOM assigned targets
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets set by management.
Communicating with learners
Engage with learners professionally via calls and messages.
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Initiate outbound calling campaigns for prospective learners.
Explaining product features and benefits
Clearly highlight value propositions of NSE Academy courses.
Closing sales and achieving quotas
Convert leads to enrollments and achieve sales targets.
Developing new leads
Identify and cultivate new potential customers.
Generating appointments
Schedule video / telephonic counseling appointments with prospects.
Salary Details
25,000 per month Fresher
Up to 50,000 per month Experienced candidates
(Salary depends on experience and performance)
Age Criteria
22 to 35 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Good communication skills
Strong persuasion closing skills
Target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with outbound calling
Prior Sales Experience (preferred)
