Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Course Training Consultant to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable IT courses based on their career goals. The candidate will be responsible for counselling, lead conversion, course promotion, and supporting learners throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals regarding IT courses such as AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, etc.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with leads.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain student database, CRM updates, and follow-up records.
- Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, certifications, and placement support.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with students for referrals and repeat business.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional language is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT courses and career paths in the technology domain.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in Education Counselling / Training Sales / IT Course Consulting is an added advantage
