The Education Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in selecting educational programs and career paths. Responsibilities will include offering personalized counseling sessions, assessing students needs and aspirations, and assisting in the decision-making processes for educational and career goals. The role requires close collaboration with students, parents, and stakeholders to ensure optimal educational outcomes for all.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Educational Consulting and expertise in Education industry practices
Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Ability to assess individual needs and tailor guidance accordingly
Experience in working with diverse student populations
A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
