We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Education Associate

Position Purpose:

The Education Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the development, production, and maintenance of educational programs and solutions that advance the WorldatWork mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and education and experience working with instructional design and e-learning technologies. This role collaborates with learning experience, instructional designers, graphic designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging, interactive, and effective educational materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the maintenance and updates of learning content, courses, and related learning activities. This includes making changes and updating all final outputs in PPT, InDesign, LMS or other formats.
  • Archiving final content and learning assets files, including exported content to be used for revision purposes.
  • Ensuring currency and accuracy of design and formatting specifications and appropriate version labels.
  • Reporting and informing others on status, timelines, and schedules related to tasks and projects.
  • Participating in the quality review of course and asset designs.
  • Maintaining currency of departmental procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency in quality and formatting across deliverables.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional or graphic design, or other related fields or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of asset and learning product-related experience, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Experience in Canvas and Articulate highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop, Articulate or similar tools.
  • Communicating proactively and cross-functionally with the necessary internal and external business partners, as well as vendors, to deliver top-quality educational materials across multiple formats.
  • Input, adherence, and accountability for managing learning production tasks and deadlines.
  • Assertive in asking clarifying questions to best ensure shared understanding of goals; proactive in seeking appropriate resources to execute.
  • Attention to detail and a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new and other software as needed to support departmental services.
