Do you have previous editorial experience and are looking to apply your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced digital newsroom The World Times, a growing digital media platform based in New Delhi, India, is offering a remote internship opportunity for experienced editors who want to sharpen their editorial leadership, content curation, and publishing skills.

Position: Editor Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Unpaid Internship

Duration: 2 Months

Responsibilities:

• Edit and refine 6–7 articles per week submitted by writing interns across lifestyle, food, and entertainment beats

• Ensure all content aligns with the platform's voice, grammar standards, and style guide

• Suggest improvements in clarity, tone, structure, and storytelling

• Work with writers to offer editorial feedback and support growth

• Maintain consistency across all published materials

• Coordinate with the editorial team to manage deadlines and content flow

• Assist in content ideation and editorial planning

Requirements:

• Strong command of grammar, editorial structure, and content strategy

• Experience working with or mentoring junior writers (preferred)

• Familiarity with SEO practices and CMS tools like WordPress

• Ability to manage time, edit independently, and maintain high standards

• Degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
