Job Summary
The EDH (Enterprise Data Hub) Production Support Analyst, 2, will support and provide setup for the testing of production job execution, automation and scheduling for business critical areas. This includes daily client file transfers and EDH production batch, along with enterprise-wide reporting and analytics in a 24/7/365 environment. Additionally, this role will manage assigned change control tickets and trouble tickets and support monitoring of retail database environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitoring - Monitor performance 24/7 to ensure the application performs with growing data in the data hub, including weekend support. Monitor, debug, troubleshoot, and validate the issue. Address failures reported by level I, investigate issues reported by users, and take appropriate actions to resolve them. Re-register metadata / re-ingest data for tables in the EDH.
- Communication - Handle the infra issues and communicate these issues to the concerned teams. Handshake call between the onshore and offshore team in giving the job status. Send the status mail for application/systems. Hands on with JIRA/ service ticketing tool.

- Normal office environment
- Must be flexible to work weekends and be on-call
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field of study.
- 3+ years of experience working in data engineering and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Python or SQL coding.
- Experience with on-call support issues and providing a resolution.
- Must be able to work 24/7 with onshore/offshore work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Azure cloud services (i.e. Azure Data Bricks, ADLS, or GEN2).
- Experience working with Control M job processing tools and batch job support.
- Experience investigating client reported incident tickets and provide a resolution within SLA.
