Job Summary
The EDH (Enterprise Data Hub) Production Support Analyst, 1, will support and provide setup for the testing of production job execution, automation and scheduling for business critical areas. This includes daily client file transfers and EDH production batch, along with enterprise-wide reporting and analytics in a 24/7/365 environment. Additionally, this role will manage assigned change control tickets and trouble tickets and support monitoring of retail database environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain and Coordinate - Monitor performance 24/7 to ensure the application performs with growing data in the data hub, including weekend support. Coordinate and execute deployment of code/configuration needed as part of enhancements and change requests. Coordinate with the admin team on system upgrades, patch deployment and send communication. Maintain operational hygiene, including capacity monitoring and housekeeping logs/errors/temporary files, and re-instate platforms into a stable state after outage / upgrades.
- Investigate - Investigate basic issues such as usage problems, job failures, and access issues. Investigate and communicate with source teams on file delays and data file issues. Handover issues to level-2 which require deep application specific knowledge.

- Normal office environment
- Must be flexible to work weekends and be on-call
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field of study.
- 1+ year of experience working in data engineering and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Python or SQL coding.
- Experience with on-call support issues and providing a resolution
- Must be able to work 24/7 with onshore/offshore work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Azure cloud services (i.e. Azure Data Bricks, ADLS, or GEN2).
- Experience working with Control M job processing tools and batch job support.
