We're Hiring! Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor
Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 days | 9 AM 6 PM
Compensation: Up to 7.5 LPA (including 20% Sales Incentives)
Univo Education is expanding its team and looking for passionate Career Counsellors / Senior Career Counsellors who are committed to guiding students and professionals toward meaningful career paths.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert career guidance and counselling to students & working professionals
Conduct and interpret psychometric assessments
Design and deliver career development programs
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Achieve sales targets and support business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
Requirements
6 months to 5 years of experience in career counselling or related roles
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of career development principles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, target-oriented, and empathetic approach
Experience in BFSI or handling high-ticket sales (approx. 10 lakh) is a plus
