Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees using SAP ECP.

Review and validate payslips to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate gross-to-net and variance reports to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.

Perform regular compliance tasks, including social security reporting and tax filings.

Audit and Compliance:

Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Ensure payroll processes comply with Australian labor laws and regulations.

Employee Support:

Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits.

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related issues.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Technical Skills Required:

Extensive experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Strong understanding of Australian Payroll systems and regulations.

Proven expertise in payroll operations, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
