Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload and configuration in SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration and Development.
  • Support and implement HR Service Pack Upgrades, Travel Management, Expenses, and Integrations.
  • Configure and maintain Organizational Management, Time Management, and Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service / Fiori HR Applications.
  • Administer and process UK Payroll (mandatory).
  • Participate in both SAP ECC (EHP8 of ERP 6.0, SPS 11) and SAP S4 HANA projects (S4 HANA experience is a plus).
  • Support SAP HR development and consultancy projects as required.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • SAP HR UK Payroll experience.
  • SAP HR consultant experience (preferably certified).
  • Experience with SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Fiori HR Applications.
  • HR Service Pack Upgrade, Travel Management, Expenses, Integrations, Kallidus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • SAP support and development project experience.
  • Exposure to SAP S4 HANA (nice to have).
