Ecommerce Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that involve managing our e-commerce platforms, analyzing customer-data, establishing and managing sales, and addressing customer service queries.

• Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze customer data to improve sales and online presence.
• Customer Service Skills including the manage customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills - Ability to communicate customer feedback, suggestions and improvements to the team.
• E-Commerce skills including experience managing online stores and platforms.
• Sales Skills- ability to generate sales, track trends and strategies for increasing revenue
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in E-Commerce and Customer Service would be an added advantage.
