Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console (formerly AMS), DSP, and a proven track record of improving ROAS, increasing visibility, and driving sales through paid media on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and monitor advertising budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal ROI and ACOS targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align ad strategy with business goals.
  • Stay updated with Amazon's evolving ad features, beta opportunities, and algorithm updates.
  • Implement Amazon attribution and tracking tools to assess ad impact beyond Amazon.
  • Suggest and execute listing optimizations (titles, bullets, backend keywords, images) to support ad success.

Requirements:

  • 24+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon reports, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Jungle Scout).
  • Experience with Amazon DSP and display retargeting strategies is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Amazon Certification (Sponsored Ads/DSP) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing ads for brands in [industry category, e.g., beauty, electronics, home goods].
  • Background in eCommerce, digital marketing, or media buying.
  • Familiarity with marketplaces beyond Amazon (Flipkart, Noon, Walmart, etc.) is a bonus.
