This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Bengaluru. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, drive online sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, updating product listings, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves identifying opportunities for growth in the e-commerce ecosystem and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability.

• Proficiency in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify performance trends
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and similar tools is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
